GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SITE AND OTHER RENTALS.

1) One single copy of the contract, carefully filled out and signed, will be considered as valid.

2) The campground director for LA GRANGE DE MONTEILLAC has the sole final decision concerning rental acceptance and is not required to provide a reason for the decision.

3) Confirmation depends on your acceptance of the following conditions:

a) LA GRANGE DE MONTEILLAC campground determines the amount to be paid for the rental period.  One quarter of this amount, as well as reservation fees, must be sent to the campground within one week following notification of acceptance, so that the reservation can be officially recorded.  Upon reception, a receipt and rental confirmation will be sent. 

b) The remaining amount must be paid in full to the campground by the day of  arrival; a receipt of payment will then be delivered.   No discount will be allowed for late arrival or early departure. 

c) Il the number of guests is different from that which was originally planned, at arrival or during the stay, the amount will be amended after approval by the management.

d) Campsites (or rentals) are available on the day of arrival at 2 PM;  they must be vacated before 10 AM on the day of departure. 

e) Early arrivals do not guarantee that campers will occupy the designated campsite, and this until the planned day of rental. 

f) You may subscribe to a cancellation insurance.  It is optional.  It will reimburse the mandatory cancellation fee, calculated according to rental conditions, or lost days in case of postponed arrival or early departure.

All cancellations must be made by registered mail, the postal mark being proof of date. 
In that case, the following will be held or you will owe:
- rental fees
- 20% of the total amount of your stay, if you cancel more than 15 days before the planned date of arrival.
- the total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the planned date of  arrival or if you do not show on that date

g) In absence of a telegraphed message indicating that the camper had to postpone the arrival date, the campsite (or rental) becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract and the entire amount of rental is due.  Telephone calls are not accepted.

h) Rented campsites cannot be transferred or sublet.

i) The court in Rodez has sole jurisdiction in case of dispute
