• Mountain Biking  (La Grange de Monteillac is located in the heart of the National Center for Mountain biking-FFC in Séverac l'Eglise. Take advantage of more than 300 km of marked, well-maintained trails for all levels through forests, causses or valleys.)

• Hiking  (many possibilities with a mountain guide discovering faun and flora of the important local sites: Causses, the Tarn gorges, Aubrac....)
