Activities

Make way for outdoor sports!

Here, the countryside rules! So why not make the most of your holiday in the Aveyron, staying at La Grange de Monteillac, by discovering all the region's little hiking trails, either on foot or on a bike you can hire from reception? The campsite has formed a variety of partnerships with professionals in the region: treat yourself to some canoeing, some fun with the tree-top adventure trails, some canyoning, Via Ferrata, standup paddleboarding, quadbiking or paragliding. There are also two table tennis tables in the campsite, a multisports ground, a boulodrome, 3 sets of outdoor fitness equipment and pool table.

A multi-faceted region

For active or more contemplative holidays, for excitement or for traditions, come and enjoy the Aveyron! This is a region with a rich history, with magnificent mediaeval towns like Rodez and Séverac le Château, and superb, protected villages, many of which you'll be able to see in the Lot valley.

And if it's traditions you're after, the museum of menhir statues in Rodez, or the Laguiole knife museum, both illustrate the fact that this region has certainly retained its roots. Fancy something a bit more modern? Then the highly impressive Millau Viaduct and the museum of contemporary artist Pierre Soulages in Rodez are great options for an outing. And you can round off your holiday with a trip down the River Tarn by canoe or kayak, or with some Via Ferrata towards Millau. Loads of excitement in the offing!
