Entertainment

Gentle entertainment, for a holiday that totally recharges the batteries!

The Yelloh! Village La Grange de Monteillac is an Authentic campsite that seeks to offer you a more gentle form of entertainment. And that means providing entertainment every day in July and August that’s always perfectly measured and just right. Here with us you won’t find music blaring by the swimming pool all day long, or “cabaret” evenings that overload the senses with noise and light. Oh… and there’s no disco either!

Our entertainment is carefully planned so that each member of the family will find their own holiday happiness, from youngest to oldest, all together or everyone separately.

Discover entertainment that focuses on exploring our region, our gastronomy, the nearby villages and the landscapes that surround us.

But because holidays also rhyme with festivities and conviviality, the entertainment we organise each evening through the summer means that everyone still gets together to share an unforgettable moment!

On the programme you’ll find:

  • Cookery lessons to learn how to prepare typical Aveyron recipes (fouace, prune turnovers, Soleil de Marcillac…).
  • Guided walks to explore the scenery and villages around the campsite.
  • Aquaform and keep-fit mornings.
  • Evenings around a “regional meal”, so you can sample all the emblematic dishes of the Aveyron: aligot, truffade or cheese soup. Musical evenings.
  • “Family games” afternoons and evenings, run by our organisers.
  • Playing card magic and balloon sculptures with Violette and Michel.
  • Fabulous evenings with our organisers, certain to have you singing along, or up and dancing!

And in addition to all the entertainment we organise on the campsite, we’re always delighted to recommend places for you to visit, to discover our region and the people who are its lifeblood:

  • Guided visits organised by the Laissac tourist office: the Laissac cattle and sheep market every Tuesday morning, the Château des Bourines, the fortified village of Vimenet, the “buron” or little stone house typical of the Aubrac…
  • Farm visits where your children can stroke the animals: the Chèvrerie de Trébosc (a goat farm that also makes its own goat milk cheese, yoghurt…), the Lévezou Farm (where they raise Aubrac cattle and ducks and sell their own farm produce: preserves in tins or jars, packaged fresh meat…).
  • Visits to theme parks: Le Jardin des Bêtes de Gages (zoo and amusement park), Micropolis, the World of Insects…

And finally, we certainly won’t forget to recommend a trip to the neighbouring villages so you can join in their evening markets, car boot sales, village fêtes and shows for every age!
